Cystic fibrosis is genetic disorder which
means child get it from parents at birth time
.
It affects the mucus
Normally mucus thin and slippery but in
CF child mucus become thick and glue like

Cystic Fibrosis is
an autosomal recessive disorder that
affects epithelial cells of the respiratory,
gastrointestinal and reproductive track
and leads the abnormal exocrine gland
secretions

In pulmonary menifestations
Dyspnea
Cynosis
Dry cough
Clubbing of nails
Wheezy respiration
