Define:
People in state of physical, emotional, and
social well-being to fulfill life responsibilities, functions
effectively in daily life and are satisfied with their
interposnal relationship and themselves.

It is a clinically significant behavior or
psychological syndrome or pattern that occur in
individual and associated with distress , disability,
death, pain or important loss of freedom.

Disorder:
DSM -V has three purposes :
To provide a standardize nomenclature and language for all mental
health professional.
To present defining characteristics or symptoms that differentiate
specific diagnosis
