2.  Definition of the project:
• This project involves the creation of smart hospital system and mobile application with cluster
database.
 Essential characteristics:
• Worked on Computers , mobiles , azur cloud (2000GB), AI camera detection.
 Reasons for developing this project:
• The increase in the number of infections with the Corona virus to accelerate and organize the
rapid vaccination mechanism for all age groups in the shortest possible time. Which will
facilitate the vaccination process for citizens and hospitals.

• Create hospital System.
• Create mobile application for registration.
• Buy service on azure (instance A7).
 Delay objective: 6 months.
 Cost objective: 5000$.

4.  The basis on which the project builds:
We have equipments from Ministry of Heath includes (PC’s , Cameras) and some doctors to help
make vaccination plans , server.
 The main difficulties of this project:
 Achieving a good level of connection speed with a weak internet.
 Unvaliability of continuos electricity.
 Achieve a good level of serves by low cost and easy way.
 Fallback solutions in case of problems:
 Transferring to a good ineternet service from a telecom company.
 Securing electrical through alternative energy.
 If this project is not compatible with our budget, we choose another service having low cost.
