RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Tracking of daily staff attendance
2. Managing, monitoring & tracking of the staff leave, leaves monitoring reports, and insure all leaves updates are
documented as required while linking it to staff attendance and updating the HOD’s with their staff annual leaves balances
and insuring compliance with the company’s leave policy
3. Managing, & maintaining employee’s personnel files and the HR filing system while insuring they are all up to date &
keeping them in confidential but accessible manners.
4. Maintaining an updated staff information with the national social insurance fund office while following up with their
monthly payments with the finance department
5. Assisting in staff recruitment process and introducing new staff members and providing orientations as required
6. Issuing procedures and following up with any matters related to the staff payroll payment cards
7. liaise between the staff, the company & payroll payment cards providers with any matters related as required
8. Assisting in Human recourses polices implementation, staff development and annual performance appraisal as required
9. Providing support to staff members in HR issues as required
10. Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department & performing any other related tasks as required.
