Job Roles
 Coordinating the electrical commissioning activities, both in the planning and execution
phase.
 Lead the on-site electrical commissioning activities, including resource management,
schedule coordination, materials/tools/vendor support, and adjusting plan due to resource
issues.
 Review design criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other
documentation pertinent to commissioning.
 Provide overall engineering and technical support of field related substation testing and
commissioning activities, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending testing methods
and equipment.
 Developing and executing test procedures and reports for all the physical testing of
equipment as included in the testing and commissioning activities.
 Developing and executing testing of equipment such as protection relays, transformers,
circuit breakers, instrument transformers and switchgear, as per the manufacturers’
recommendations.
 Coordination of testing and commissioning efforts to ensure project is constructed in
accordance with design, budget and schedule. Interfacing with client representatives,
design engineering personnel and other contractors, under supervision of Project
Manager.

 Plans and prepares periodical preventative maintenance schedule and carries out duties
