 AT&C (Al-FANAR Testing and commissioning) is a department in Al-FANAR Co. which
operates on electrical substations and handles Construction, pre-commissioning,
commissioning, testing and start-up of such substations.
 Brief Job Description:
1- Responsible for organization and directing all project members to fully meet project
specifications and schedules
2- Mange project works, scope ,schedules (over all and three weeks ), follow up and
supporting commissioning activities, design modification and relay configuration for

implementing modern protective & control
3- Responsible for the overall execution of the project.
4- Mange commissioning ,turn over ,contractual closure and administrative closure of the
project
5- Maintain good relation with client and partners
6- Listing and reporting all noted deviations to the engineering specifications,

Director / Project Manager.
7- Contributing to an on-time delivery of complete scope, follow-up when critical
