get the most out of our services. They will make sure the lead if fully qualified with the correct
updated contact info, renewal date, premiums and details of cover.
Qualifying a Lead
To ensure a client receives the best ROI (Return of Investment) we identify key areas which must
be completed in order to consider “a lead” a lead. These areas include:
 Renewal Date
 Premiums
 Types of Cover e.g. EL, PL, PI, Fleet etc.
 Number of Employees
 Correct Decision Maker
 Correct Email/Phone number
 General Interest in Switching Broker.
 Current Broker.
Building a Pipeline
We consider one of the most important aspects of
telemarketing is building a pipeline. This ensures a
constant flow of up to date leads, increasing
appointment bookings and boosting the clients
ROI.
The way this is achieved is by making sure that all
leads are correctly logged in our database to be
flagged up on a specific date and time which was
discussed with the prospect.
We also recognise this can only be accomplished
by ensuring the data is correctly cleansed whilst
calling.
Data
We prefer clients to provide their own data, this will ensure that the client is choosing who
they want to call geographically and which industries they prefer.
All data sent to us is kept in house, only used for that specific client and will be returned
once the campaign has ended. We do not cross sell data and or appointments.
