Dropbyke has a ready set of solutions to effectively handle remaining industry risks.the
Dropbyke’s bike fleet maintenance will be conducted by “Shepherds” -
hired bike caretakers who will be remunerated via revenue sharing
agreements.
Bike theft risks in the US are considered to be low with the maximum of
5% in the areas with high crime rates. Primarily targeted are non-labelled
bikes. Dropbyke has introduced special hard-to-remove stickers, which will
substantially mitigate this risk. In the near future GPS tracking systems and
other technological solutions are envisaged to reduce risks further.
As part of its marketing campaign, Dropbyke is planning to fund
placement of company labelled parking cones for bikes, which will help create
additional parking spots, as well as promote Dropbyke brand.
