tea leaves and a little turmeric powder (Curcuma longa L.).
• Apply it on your face and neck.
• Allow it to sit for 20 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.
Use this face mask once or twice a week.

• Mix 5 tablespoons of coffee, 5 tablespoons of bitter
chocolate, 2 tablespoons coarse salt, concentrated
infusion of green tea, 1 or 2 tablespoon of olive oil or
sweet almond, two drops of essential oil of the bitter
orange (Citrus × aurantium var. amara L.)
• Mix all the ingredients to make a smooth paste easy to
spread on the affected area .
• Keep it 3O minutes once coated
• Rinse it with warm water.
Use this mud once a week.

can contain excessive levels of fluoride, trace of lead, minimum level of ECGC.

supplements, or medications. For these reasons, people should take herbs with care, under
the supervision of a practitioner knowledgeable in the field of botanical medicine.
