8. REALIZATION OF IDEA
1) Manufacturing of a 30 stents
2) 1 phase of the study(3 months of 2016)- experimental work with the
animals (N-5): estimation of the level of negative pressure, length of
stent usage, exclusion of the risk for the people.
3) 2 phase of the study (2016 – 3 months of 2017) – approval of the ethic
committee, registration of the trial. Recruiting of the patients for 2
groups: а) acute pancreatitis (N-15); б) patients after
pancreatoduodenal resection. Statistical analysis of the results– 2

4) Promotion and spreads of the idea, recruiting colleges around the world
(2017 and 2018). Publication of the results in journals, presentation in
congresses and meetings;
5) -a) realization of the idea for medical companies;
-b) 3 phase of the study (2018 – 2021) – multicentre investigation.
Purpose: includes in guidelines for the treatment of pancreatic diseases
of the pancreatodigestive stent and new strategy of the permanent
negative preassure (PNP).
