Presentation my (own design) of mobile screening washplant for recovery of alluvial gold (from sands and gravel).
Price from 120k USD. Capacity from 50m3/hour. Producing periode from 3 months.
2. Gold mining washplant from Samara-AviaGas Ltd. named “Samara-SP50” are
designed and engineered to provide through washing and successful recovery
of alluvial gold (up to 100 mesh) and alluvial diamonds. Years of field testing the
pilot various models and similar equipments, excellent engineering design, have
gone into making the “Samara-SP50” a reliable, productive machine. The wet
vibrating grizzly tank, nugget trap, wet double deck vibrating screens, rotating
stacker and adjustable built-in sluices are all carefully balanced and regulated to
provide for maximum gold. A jig or centrifugal concentrator can be added easy
to the recovery circuit after finishing sluice.
“Samara-SP50” performs best on the river bed or mines, or slimes, and high
bank gravels and alluvial. For properties with high organic or clay content, our
company are recommended for use a washplant with scrubber (trommel)
system.
3. The main advantages of mobile washing plant “Samara-SP50”:
The large Wet Vibrating Grizzly Tank minimizes material surging. Its hydro-blast spray
system washes all rocks and boulders. Manganese steel grizzly bars ensure long life.
The Nugget Trap recovers the gold before it passes on to the double deck vibrating
screens. In many cases up to 60%-70% of all recovered values (above 10 mesh) are
trapped in the hinged, easily secured nugget trap.
Screen plants are Cost Effective. They perform as well as more expensive trommel
units in many placer conditions by reason:
-low power inputs,
-non-dismantling sluices,
-fast moving by bulldozer or excavator machine,
-easy mounted.
-controllable incline to all sluices system.
-controllable rotating of conveyor system (rocks discharging).
-controllable speed of vibration to all vibrator systems (rocks washing).
-controllable powerful protect of electric and grounding system
