• IT IS PRACTICALLY IMPOSIBLE TO EAT WHAT WE WANT NO MATTER HOW MUCH
EXERCISE WE DO, SO WE SHOULD ALWAYS KEEP IN MIND THAT TO NOT GAIN
WEIGHT, EXERCISE AND HEALTHY EATING HABITS ALWAYS GO TOGETHER.
