Proud to be part of a highly effective deployment to Iraq on Operation Telic.

WORK HISTORY
Sure Grip Tyre Fitment Centre Pty (LTD), South Africa 2012- 2016
Owner/Manager
Established independent Tyre Fitment Centre.
Developed and managed all aspects of the Fitment Centre. Determining stock
requirements, stock control, pricing and relevant services needed.
Training programs for fitment and office staff were developed including health
and safety and public liability.
Arumode cc Property Development 2011-Current

After market research it was determined that there is a need for low cost retail
and service shops.
The development has grown organically and there are currently eight shops
operating successfully.
Lelapa Cold Transport 2009-2012
Co-Owner
Lelapa Cold Transport came to fruition to fill a need in the South African
market for medium to large cold transport.
Extensive knowledge has been gained with regards to planning and
implementing cost effective routes as well as management of staff, stock
control and procedures such as preventative maintenance and anti-high
jacking operating procedures.
3. Lelapa Chicken Wholesaler cc 2007-2011

Rising to the challenges and opportunities of the New South Africa an “outside
of the box approach” was needed.
The informal settlement within South Africa is rapidly expanding and a need
for daily delivered fresh chicken tripe in these communities was identified.
Invaluable lessons were learned working in these “townships”. The importance
of learning and knowing the culture and believes of the local people. Staff and
asset protection within these volatile areas, assessing and responding in the
correct manner.
Phakisa Construction Pty (LTD) 2006-2007
Project Manager
Managed and planned the refurbishment of many well-known Fuel Service
Stations throughout South Africa.
Royal Marines 2000-2005
Marine
Joined the Royal Marines in 2000 on completion of 30 week Commando
training course posted to Exmouth Devon as Company Clerk working in
support of the Infantry Support Training Wing from 2000 to 2002.
Posted to Plymouth from 2002 to 2004 as the Headquarters clerk took part in
various duties and exercises throughout his time with 3 Commando Brigade,
including deployment to Norway to complete the Ski Survival Training. Was
deployed to Iraq in Operation Telic.
Selected for a post with the Mountain Leader Training Cadre at Plymouth.
From 2004-2005 was deployed to Scotland, Norway and Switzerland during
tenure with the Mountain Leader Cadre.
