Employment history
2012
Door Supervisor
City Security Plymouth
I am currently employed as a door supervisor with City Security. This role requires me to act in a
professional capacity at all times, deliver effective security services and deal directly with customers.
2010-2012
Voluntary Work
Recently I have been volunteering at the Elderly Support Centre in Tavistock by assisting in office
duties, meeting and greeting, and general support duties. This is a very rewarding role and I enjoy
interacting with both staff and clients. During 2010 and 2011 I worked with the Royal Air Force
Cadet Centre Tavistock Squadron where I helped the instructors with coaching and activities
including sports, hill walking and camping. This was an extremely satisfying vocation which allowed
me to pass on my own skills alongside a taught curriculum to the young cadets.
2006-2011
Career Break
In 2006 it was necessary for me to take a career break to honour family commitments and to assist
in the care of my two sons.
2003-2006
Royal Navy - Able Rate Seaman
• Served onboard HMS Cornwall, HMS Argyll, HMS Northumberland, HMS Enterprise and HMS
Monmouth.
• Deployed on tasks around UK coast and in Mediterranean and Caribbean.

Interests
I played rugby for the Royal Navy Rugby Union in the Fifteens and the Sevens squads and I have
