2. MY IDEA
• My idea is to create a café-patisserie because I want to start something new
and to make money.
• It is unique because the environment and the atmosphere of the shop will be
very friendly. There will be many flowers inside and pop art paintings with
cakes. Also the people will buy my products because there will always be
fresh and fragrant.

3. Marketing
• My customers will be young teenagers because it’s going to be an internet
café with a modern decoration and a quiet place so it will be suitable for
teenagers to do their projects and relax .
• I will open it on Leoforos Amathountas near the sea because I want my
customers to listen the sounds of the sea.
• The other people will learn about my business because I will advertise on
TV and with my page on social media (Instagram, Facebook, twitter)

4. Startup cost
• Before I get started I will buy my equipment. A coffee machine, my kitchen ,
new tables and chairs, new oven, fridge, juice machines, thermomixer, cutlery,
plates and my first materials to serve .That's all will cost € 10.000.
