AcquisitionTeam(CAT).The Bankcommencedthe processof opening'new lookbranches'toenhance
the bankingexperience of customersandtoprovide personalattentiontotheirneeds.Theyalready

touchpoints.InOctober2011, the Bank enteredintoanarrangementwithMoscow-basedcommercial
bankJCB Unistreamfor Indiaboundremittances.InFebruary2011, theysignedanMoU withMahindra
& Mahindra Ltd inwhichthe Bank will be one of the preferredfinanciersforthe entire range of vehicles
soldby Mahindra& Mahindra Ltd and alsoextendpassengerandcommercial vehicle finance totheir
customers.InJune 2011, the BanksignedanagreementwithAtosWorldline India(Venture Infotek)for
pointof sale (POS) acquiringsolutions.The Bankhaspurchasedthe CreditCardsbusinessof Deutsche
