4. What is GDSC?
Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC) are university
Based technical community groups for students
interested in Google developer technologies and other
all the students who learn, share ideas to come up with
viable projects that are likely to solve Day to Day global
level problems. With clubs hosted in 110+ countries,
students learn the latest in Machine Learning, Android
App Development, GCP etc.
5. GDSC AIM
→ By joining a GDSC, students grow their
knowledge in a peer-to-peer learning
environment and put theory to practice by
building solutions for local businesses and
their community.
→ It aims for university students to help
them build their mobile web applications,
machine learning, cloud skills etc.

crafting beautiful, natively compiled
applications for mobile,
web, and desktop from a single codebase.
20. Solution Challenge is an annual
competition that invites university
students to develop solutions for
real world problems using one or
more Google Tech Stack.
21. What winners of the Solution Challenge receive?
Top 50 teams - Receive customized mentorship from Googlers and experts to
take solutions to the next level, a branded T-shirt, and a certificate.
● Top 10 finalists - Receive additional mentorship, a swag box, and the
opportunity to showcase solutions to Googlers and developers all around
the world during the virtual 2022 Solution Challenge Demo Day live on
YouTube.
● Contest Finalists - In addition to the swag box, each individual from the
additional seven recognized teams will receive a Cash Prize of $1,000 per
student. Winnings for each qualifying team will not exceed $4,000.
● Top 3 winners - In addition to the swag box, each individual from the top 3
winning teams will receive a Cash Prize of $3,000 and a feature on the
Google Developers Blog. Winnings for each qualifying team will not exceed
$12,000.

or even other DSCs. The submission form
collects the team name and teammate emails
■ Teams are limited to a maximum of 4
