1) INTRODUCTION:
Our
proposed
site
of
HOTEL
SVD
situated
at
SRIKAKULAM
in
ANDHRA
PRADESH
is
a
running
restaurant
since
1994
(18years).
We
propose
to
study
the
problem
due
to
lack
of
semi
skilled
labor
prevalent
since
2005
in
the
organization
leading
to
loss
of
business
revenue,
customers
and
which
is
deterring
business
expansion
models.
MOTIVATION:
Due
to
the
persistent
problem
of
lack
of
semi
skill
labor
the
organization
is
not
able
cater
to
the
patrons.
To
keep
the
business
afloat
in
the
increasingly
competitive
market
the
business
has
to
expand,
even
though
the
resources
are
available
for
expansion
the
intrinsic
problem
of
lack
labor
is
keeping
the
organization
from
achieving
its
glory
of
being
a
market
leader.
SCOPE
AND
BOUNDRY:
Our
scope
of
study
is
to
analyze
the
present
scenario
(losses
incurred)
and
suggest
applicable
measures
with
minimum
financial
allotment
and
efficient
utilization
of
available
and
procurable
man
power
to
help
address
this
fundamental
intrinsic
issue.
2) STATEMENT:
Study
and
analysis
of
how
“Scarcity
of
Human
Resources”
is
leading
to
the
loss
of
revenue
and
adversely
affecting
the
business
at
a
restaurant
there
by
suggesting
the
counter
measures.
