 Working as Engineer to Pre Engineering Section, responsible for production, planning and
execution of Pre Engineering Building Products (primary and secondary products), Precision Works
and Cold Rolled Forming products.
 Accountable for the Operations towards achieving the daily production plan. Review performance
summary of department based days output Responsible for the reduction of scrap, tools &
consumable.
 Ensure internal PPM to achieve Zero rejections, Improvement activity Line efficiency / cost
reduction with implementing kaizen for process improvement.
 Analysis for equipment break down/ product NC / Zero quality issues / Production variance is made
and countermeasures are put in place as planned.
 Responsible for Pre Engineering primary members, structural steel fabrications, full welding and
Ensuring Shop floor operations are executing safely with implementing 5S operation procedures.
 Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for
guidance of production workers.
 Coordinating along with the quality team offer the finished goods for the joint inspection with
customer.

Job Description / Responsibilities:
 Responsible for Production, Planning and Executing in producing Roll forming Products, maintain
shop floor work schedules.
 Establishing Process and aranging tooling layout for new profiles and guiding the operators to get
the product with in the required tolerances.
 Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results,
establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results
of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
 Responsible for operations like Slitting, CTL, Roll Forming Sheet metal operations and
implementing 5S operation procedures in shop floor.
 Knowledge in rectifying problems in the production line like bow, camber, twist, waviness is to
come within the tolerance limit as per the drawing of given product and arranging the product layout
drawings for various new products.
 Having experience in producing ‘Z’ purlins, angels, channels, collecting electrodes discharge
electrodes of different types and different widths used in ESP’s, Guard rail beams, panels of different
widths and different pitches used in auto sector. ERW tubes used in industrial and domestic
appliances, sheet piles, used in long lasting wall system in construction sector.
