What does your animal need as food? How much does it cost to one animal for one day? Show where you got
your information from.
My animal eats:What do ferrets eat? Ferrets are carnivores, which means they must eat meat. Raw meat is
the best option, including whole prey. Ferrets can also eat kitten food, as it has a high meat protein content, baby
food that's high in meat protein, and dried ferret food, that's high in meat protein.
To feed my animal for one day, it will cost
From 2 dollars to 4 dollars
Monthly price is 20 dollars

How does your animal need to be kept? Cage, tank, hutch, box etc? How big is that area for 1 animal?
Show where you got your information from.
My animals will be kept kept in:
Cages. and will be let out every day for 2 to 4 hours
The space each animal will need is:
A single ferret cage you must need a size of cage around 2.5 cubic feet of internal space. Two ferrets, you will
need a cage that has an internal volume of at least 5 cubic feet. Three ferrets will need a 7.5 cubic foot cage at a
minimum

Does your animal need exercise, and what sort of exercise? How much space does it need to exercise in, does it
need any special equipment for exercise? Show where you got your information from.
For exercise, my animal needs:
They need exercise, affection, and human companionship to remain happy and healthy. Ferrets need a MINIMUM of 4 hours per day
out of their cage, at least 2 of which should include human interaction. This is where you become their personal trainer!
Balls with bells or other noisemakers inside are often favorites. Soft balls made from fleece are also fun for ferrets to carry around.
Large ferret balls with holes in them so the ferret can climb in and out. Cardboard boxes and paper bags.
Balls with bells: 4,30$
Soft balls 2,95$
Large ferret balls with holes in them 10$

Are there any national laws that relate directly to your animal? Do you need a license to keep it, is it dangerous?
Show where you got your information from.
The laws affecting my animal are:
They can be very dangerous. Basically, expect to be bitten with blood to be seen. This is
why ferrets are not good for children. They also bite each other to induce play, and this
is their normal behaviour. Unless you teach it that it is unacceptable to bite humans, you
cannot expect it not to bite. They also let out a foul smelling gas when they are afraid.
