Visual inspection:
-Yellow skin & Sclera
-Dry Tounge
Palpation :-
-Mayo Robson : 2CM of the left of spinal cord under the 12 rbs.patient feel pain on the left subribs.
-Chucrenco : From under umblical to up by side of hand and patient feel pain in epigastrium.
-Kortes : we palpat above umblical 7 CM and we feel tenderness .
Labaratory test :-
Instrumental Examination :-
Ultra sound – enlargement of pancreaias
X-ray – Enlargment of pancreais

2. Diffrential Diagnosis :-
Acute panncreatits Acute Cholyestits
Complaints Acute pain in epigastrium , irradiation on

Acute abdomenal pain in the right subribs under
ribs, irradiation : Right Scapula

Treatment:-
Urgent hospitalization to surgery department
Laparatomy
Resiction of infallmed part of pancreais
Anti biotic
