Experience
From 24 June 2014 till Present – Specialized Contracting Company as planning &
scheduling engineer
 Monitoring the progress at the site and alarming the project manager for the delayed
activities on the site which impact the time schedule.
 Tracking the long lead items process from submitting and approval till delivery to the site.
 Preparing Weekly & Monthly reports which reflects the site, shop drawings & long lead
items progress.
 Attending the progress meetings and providing the necessary information’s and reports
needed in the meeting.
 Creating the Monthly and the weekly plans & estimating the manpower required to achieve
it.
 Coordinating between all disciplines regarding the site progress to achieve our monthly
target.
 Supervising the subcontractor’s progress and scheduling their works to meet the baseline
schedule.
 Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress
and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as
well as new critical activities.
 Preparing delay analysis on weekly basis and arranging kick of meetings with site team to
mitigate delays and risks.
 Preparing the extension of time claims to enable the contractor (SCC) to prove their right to
extend the project finish date.
 Prepare a project specific risk register defining all risks that could occur during the project
life cycle.

From 20 February 2013 till 15 May 2014 - Modern Projects company as a Site
Engineer.
 Revising the technical shop drawings and executing the activities in the site according to it.
 Tracking the materials delivery overall process and dealing with the various suppliers.
 Surveying works to specify the major axis and depths of the excavation levels required.
 Attending the progress meetings with the authority’s representative.
 Quantity surveying and quantity take off in order to control the costs and to issue the project
payments.
 Monitoring and instructing the site team regarding the site progress to achieve our monthly
target.
 Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
 Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
 Ensuring that all the activities are performed as per the technical specification.
 Monitoring the project time schedule to meet the targeted finish date.
 Responsible for the site activities inspection and the piping works testing.
 Measuring the labors productivity and comparing it with the planned productivity.
 Checking the health and safety procedures in the site and ensuring that all the labor are
following the safety regulations and instructions.
 Preparing the variation orders when any changes occur regarding the cost or the time.
