Status: Engineering activities are going on in line with the schedule. Expected project completion
date is October, 2017.
[October 2012 – December 2014]: Project Manager at ABB Contracting Co., PGGI Service Unit.
Completed Projects:
1. Reinforcement of S/S 8135 in Riyadh.
- Customer: Ngrid SA–Substation Maintenance Department–COA, Contract Value: (20 MSAR)
- Status: Completed ahead of time to the full satisfaction of the customer. Customer appreciation
was sent through SEC account manager in ABB.
A brief description of the scope is as follows:
a. Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the following:
- New power transformer, 60 MVA 132/13.8KV with the related equipment (AVC, NER, tubular
Busbar and Fire System)
- 21 nos. of 13.8 KV switchgear panels in sections A, B and C.
- SCADA, Protection and Control modifications.
b. Cabling works for 13.8 KV Power Cables and Civil modifications.
2. Replacement of 13.8 KV Switchgear in S/S 7703–Al Kharj.
Customer: Al Amana Technologies, Contract Value: (2.15 MSAR)
Status: Completed on time to the full satisfaction of the customer. Official appreciation letter was
received from the customer.
A brief description of the scope is as following:
a. Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the following:
- Relay & Control Panels & Under Frequency Panels
b. Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the following:
13.8 KV Switchgear – ABB Make/Unigear ZS1.
33 KV Switchgear protection modifications (Transformer Differential, Over Current
and Earth Fault Protection).

[March 2010 – September 2012]: Project Engineer/Team Leader in ITECO (SIEMENS Agent For
SIMOPRIME Switchgear Manufacturing) - Jordan in the manufacturing of Mobile Substations, Medium and Low
