Jeżeli nie boją się oni o pieniądze możemy zakładać, że zaufanie jest na tyle duże, aby wysłać przez internet swoją deklarację podatkową, zagłosować w wyborach, lub załatwiać sprawy urzędowe za jego pośrednictwem.
  6. Jednakże dla kontrapunktu tylko ½ osób korzysta z usług e-administracji. Możemy więc insynuować, że nie jest to wynik braku zaufania. Formularze wysyła tylko 15% populacji Jednakże obserwujemy ciągły wzrost.

  8. Wdrażając system elektroniczny dążymy do zminimalizowania kosztów, zwiększenia jakości oraz zmniejszenia czasu obsługi. Koszt wysłania jednego dokumentu pocztą tradycyjna (List polecony) to około 5,50. Koszt wysłania w 2013 wynosił 40 PLN. Co jest powodem tego stanu ? Koszty związane z wysyłką są bardzo wysokie. Aby je zmniejszyć należy przekonać obywateli, że korzystanie z ePUAP, jest dla nich korzystne: Skrócony czas obsługi Brak kolejek Bez wychodzenia z domu (Mniejsze koszty dla urzędów)
