 Function as Area Lead for Surface Processing Facility Area.
 Communicate and interfaces with General Engineering Contractor and with other project
design and engineering disciplines.
 Involve in preparation of Plot Plan, Conceptual Layout and Client model review,
 Review and comment on Piping Information, Vendor drawings and data sheets as
required.
 Provides engineered support for the assembly of piping, equipment, and related items
including updating of associated piping data i.e. P&ID, Line List and Isometric.
 Performs continuity check of Isometrics and P&ID’s ensuring each document match up
each other for SPF Area.

2. Sadara Petrochemical Plant Project (Jubail, KSA)
February 2014 - May 2015
 Assigned as a Field Engineer for Piping.
 Responsible in Line checking, approval & checking of test package and punch closing.
 Construction support by preparing Site Instruction, As-built drawing and Field change
sheet.
 Communicate and interfaces with construction piping supervisor, other discipline
supervisor and client.
 Preparing punch list for test package prior to testing for Field Engineering.
Sadara Petrochemical Plant Project (Al khobar, KSA)
November 2012 - January 2014
 Function as a designer which execute the assigned design and drafting activities in
accordance with the quality system in force within the Discipline, job requirements, and
time schedule.
 Developing 3D model based on the study layouts, 2D Piping General Arrangement
Drawings and Plot plan and Equipment layouts according to the established Technical
Work Practices.
 Prepare Isometric sketches for all Stress critical lines with the possible support locations
and assist the stress engineer to carry out stress analysis.
 Assist, remodel and update the model based on the Internal, Client reviews, latest Supplier
information and Isometric checking comments and maintain the clash free model.

 Assigned as Piping Designer and back-up Discipline Application Specialist (DAS) at the
same time.
 As a designer, was involved in the design and development of aboveground piping of LNG
Tanks and Pipe rack Area.
 As a back-up DAS, I was involved in the project set-up and support for SP3D utilities.

3. IPS II Expansion Project (Fluor Shanghai, China)
November 2009 – July 2010
 Assigned as Piping Design Engineer as a support for Fluor China office.
 Keeps the designers up to date on the latest procedures and practices related to PDS and
PDS job requirements, through the distribution of PDS Memos, weekly meetings, and
meetings with other task forces.
 Teach PDS modeling for Chinese new grad.
 Helped the PDS designers with their problems regarding PDS and Microstation
applications.
 Helped the Automation Group and other discipline with project set-up. Generated and
always update the piping electronic job book. Was involved in checking Microstation
deliverables.
 Transferred PDS files to and from the home office to keep both offices current, on “Work
Share” projects.
Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Project (KSA)
February 2007 – June 2009
 Under go six months training in piping design for project preparation.
 Generated general G.A. drawings and Stress plan drawings.
 Provided stress sketches.
 Developed equipment models of NSPS, MSS, and MPS.
 In charge for the development of steam trap piping, battery limit pipelines, and blowdown
area.
 Check isometrics generated from Plant Design System (PDS) against the P&ID's.
