Analytical/Sensory Analyst- January 2015-September 2015
Support Quality Assurance by insuring finished product is within specifications for
Fat, Moisture, Protein, Sodium, Flavor, Texture. The test methods varied depending
on client request. Methods used were a CEM instrument, FOSS, and Quantabs.
Insured that all product produced daily was within the specified length, width,
thickness and weight. Also calibrated all temperature probes used on the production
floor prior to start up. Frequent interaction with clients pertaining to their products.

Assist the Food scientists with the adaptation of old formulations into new product
