• Ensure loan conditions are cleared within investor &
company designated time frames.
• Determine validity of suspense conditions by reviewing
closed loan file.

leads. Find resolution or explanation to issue with data
found in file.
• Contact vendor and outside sources as needed to obtain
a concrete solution or explanation. Request and obtain

Data Integrity Specialist (Post closing)
• Perform post-funding audit of loan files (including credit and closing packages) to ensure
compliance with policies and procedures as well as investor and regulatory agency
guidelines.
• Ensure data integrity within Post Closing systems.
• Escalate loans within allotted timeframe that may not be investor compliant.
• Validate compliance with RESPA and TILA guidelines by performing a detailed audit on
HUD-1 Closing statements to ensure that all fees have been properly disclosed and paid to
the appropriate parties in the transaction.
• Perform complex calculations to identify under-disclosures and non-allowable fees.
Document resolution of under-disclosures and facilitate reimbursements to borrowers via
check or wire request when applicable.
• Document/grade errors and missing items in the system, send out notification to Operations
Staff and Mangers to address any FAILED items on checklist and follow through to ensure
timely receipt.
• Validate HMDA and California per diem guidelines by performing a detailed audit on final
1003 forms and closing loan documents to ensure that we are complying with all state,
federal and government guidelines.
• Research and resolve loan errors related to Master File Adjustments (MFA), Mortgage
Insurance (MI) and Automated Underwriting System (AUS) certificate (DU Compare) errors
received from both internal and external clients
