Dear Mr. Abhishek Mundhada,
This letter offers you an opportunity of employment as ‘Analyst, Equity Research’ at Transparent Value Private
Limited (hereinafter referred as “Transparent Value”).
Your total Cost-to-Company at commencement of employment with Transparent Value will be Rs. 532,350 (Indian
Rupees Five Lac Thirty Two Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Only) per annum subject to an annual review and
an annual discretionary bonus. For the detailed break-up of your remuneration, please refer Annexure 1 on page 2
of the Employment Letter. Salary will be paid monthly, in arrears, after deducted of statutory taxes and income tax
deducted at source.
As an employee of Transparent Value, it is likely that you will have access to confidential and/or proprietary
information relating to operations, services and clients of the company. Therefore, to protect the interest of all
parties, Transparent Value requires all employees to sign confidentiality and personal trading agreements. You are
expected to sign and abide by these and other policies of the company. Moreover, you are required to sign a
contract detailing one year of employment with Transparent Value.
If you wish to accept this offer, please sign and return the enclosed copy of this letter, within three calendar days
from the receipt of this letter, after which this offer will lapse. Should you accept this offer, your employment will
commence (tentatively) on Wednesday dated April 8, 2015. You will be required to report to the workplace by
9:45 AM at the address mentioned at the bottom of the page. Please carry documents as listed in Annexure 2 of
the Employment Letter on the joining day.

1) A new joinee will be on 3-month probationary period. On completion of the training/probation period, the

3) Food Coupons for the month will be given to employees at the start of the next month.
4) Performance Incentive mentioned herewith is the maximum limit. Performance incentive is at the discretion of
the Management.
5) Employee will be provided medical insurance worth up to Rs. 500,000.
