Annexure – A(Annexure to your Offer of Employment as Assistant Manager-Sales )
Welcome to Agreed:
Job Band: Sales
Probation Period: The period of probation will be one month from the date of commencement of duty under the
offer of employment, which can be extended if needed.
Leave: There would be only two types of leaves one is casual leave and the other one is medical leave. You would be
eligible for 12 working days of casual leave and 6 working days medical leave every year. All US holidays will be
observed as normal.
Office working hours: Employees are expected to work 5 days in a week- Monday- Friday. The Official working hours
are 8 PM to 5 AM.
Increments and Promotion: Your growth in the company will depend on your performance. During the probation
period your salary will be Rs. 15,000 per month and post probation period your salary will be 3 lacs per annum.
Notice Period: You will be required to give 30 days of notice period in case you decided to leave the company. The
full and final settlement of an employee who as resigned from the company will be completed within 45 days from
the date of relieving and the remaining salary will be given by the check along with the experience and relieving
letter.
Secrecy/Confidentiality: You will not during the course of your employment with the company or at any time there
after divulge or disclose to any person whomsoever, make any use whatsoever for your own purpose or for any
other purpose other than that of the company, of any information or knowledge obtained by you during your
employment as to the business or affairs of the company including development, process reports and reporting
system and you will during the course of your employment hereunder also use your best endeavor to prevent any
other person from doing so.
Nature of Work: You will work at high standard of initiative, creativeness, efficiency and economy in the
organization. The nature of work and responsibilities will be assigned and explained to you from time to time.
Intellectual Property Right: If during the period of your employment with us you achieve any invention, process
improvement, operational improvement, or other process/method likely to result in more efficient operation of any
of the activities of the company, the company shall be entitled to use, utilize and exploit such improvement and you
shall assign all rights thereof to the company for the purpose of seeking any patent rights or for any other purpose.
The company shall have the sole ownership rights of all the intellectual property rights that you may create during
the tenure of association with the company including but not limited to the creative concept that you may develop
during your association with the company.

Business Involvement outside Agreed: You agree not to undertake employment elsewhere, or involve in any kind of
business activity including freelancing without the consent of Agreed Technologies Private Limited.

I, do herby acknowledge and confirm the following
(1) I am accepting employment with Agreed Technologies Private Limited. I agree to the following terms herein, and
acknowledge that this is a material condition of my employment with Agreed Technologies Private Limited.
(2) I am required, on behalf of Agreed Technologies, to provide services to, or solicit business from various clients of
Agreed Technologies Private Limited.
(3) In case I resign, I will give a written notice one month prior to my resignation. I agree that for a period of three
months following my resignation I will not (a) accept any offer of employment from costumer I have worked with at
Agreed Technologies Private Limited preceding 6 months of my termination. (b) accept offer of employment from a
Named Competitor of Agreed technologies Private Limited, if my employment involves me having to work with a
customer with whom I have worked with at Agreed Technologies Private Limited preceding 6 months of my
termination.
