In this concept a registered IR can get repurchase incentive as following
plan.
13. CV : The total PV of the sales done in the Company in each calendar month
Terms used in the Marketing plan :
DP : The price at which the product is available to the IR of MFA
PV : Point value of the product which will be the basis of the calculation in the marketing
plan. Each PV is equal to 1Rs.
GV : The sum total of PV in your group/network calculated in your unlimited depth.
PPV : Personal purchasing by any member for getting repurchase incentive also personal
purchasing required at each differential level.
MPV : 15% of Sum of the matched APV from both the side is called Matched PV (MPV)
Left APV+Right APV = MAPV (MPV=15% of MAPV, 1MPV = Rs.1 may be lower on
trimming.
PLATOON: Platoon means the network of people in your downline in those legs
which are at promotion levels below your level.
APV : Purchasing by a member for activation in a membership or for upgradation in a
membership is called Activation Point Value (APV).
RPV : Purchasing by a member after activation in any membership.
Membership Activation : Personal purchasing of certain PV for activation in a
membership. For incentive generation activation is mandatory for any free registered
members.

1. Retail Bonus (Self Purchase)
Buy our products at wholesale price and you receive the
difference between the retail and wholesale price (Up to 17%
commission) of the product
16. 2. Volume Matching Incentive
This income is calculated on the basis of APV generated by your downline
distributors on purchasing of product for activation as an IR. Activation PV can be
generated by purchasing of products, which have predefined Point Value (PV) by
your downline distributors in both group teams. You get 15% as MPV of the sum of
the matched activation PV from both sides. For activating his/her distributorship
every new distributor has to generate certain activation PV by retailing or consuming
of the products on his Distributor ID or by directly purchasing combo offer products
of the Company. Sum of the matched PV of both sides will be paid out and flushed
out and the rest PV of Strength side will be carried forward for the next payout
closing. Unmatched APV of both sides will be carried forward for next payout. Thus
developing your network and by matching the volume you can get this incentive up
to unlimited depth. An IR can directly introduce any number of distributors in his
down line which will be placed in your extreme Left or extreme Right side.

17. Qualifying Conditions for VMI:-
(a) Volume matching incentive will be based on the APV only.

(c) *The Company reserves the right to reduce the value of MPV in any payout
period at the sole discretion of the Company. The MPV value can vary from one
payout period to another.
(d) For the first time to qualify for this income minimum 4000:2000PV or 4000:2000
APV matching is required
(e) This income can only be generated after matching of minimum and multiple of
2000 APV in every payout. Unmatched APV from both side will carry forward for next
payout closing.
(f) Without trimming 600MPV = 600 X 1 =Rs.600/-

On repurchase of products by you & your downline a member
gets incentive by differential method according to the table

10% to 30% according to your current month Group volume

You can earn upto 11% of PV as income by qualifying for the CMD
Infinity Club. The qualification and income is as under:
