Getting Started with Beyond Yours
    Beyond Yours Marketing Inc. (BYM) is pleased to offer our Independent Business Associates (IBAs) a compensation plan that is un-
    paralleled in the industry. The BYM compensation plan rewards IBA’s each step along the way as they develop their own business.

    BYM’s plan is designed to help those who have the desire to work hard at an incredible opportunity. The plan is powerful yet simple
    to understand without the mandatory requirements and financial roadblocks found in many other plans today. The income you
    receive from BYM will be in direct proportion to your ability to introduce BYM products and services to end-consumers. BYM’s Com-
    pensation Plan is revolutionizing the entrepreneurial landscape today, and it is changing how people work. Although the compensa-
    tion plan is generous and simple to follow, all bonuses, commissions, and rewards are based on compliance with international and
    local laws of the country where the IBA resides, as well as BYM’s own code of ethics and business rules as outlined in the Company’s
    Policies and Procedures.


    You can get involved with Beyond Yours Marketing by becoming a(n):

    1)   INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ASSOCIATE: An Independent Business Associate (IBA) can purchase products and services di-
         rectly from the Company at wholesale pricing and can start earning income by referring others to purchase the Company’s
         products and services. In order to become an IBA with BYM, an individual must submit a completed Independent Business
         Associate Registration Agreement and purchase the BYM IBA Registration Kit. This kit allows you to participate in the BYM
         Compensation Plan; receive access to professional marketing and business development tools, resources and training systems;
         and have access to the Company’s online Back Office management and support system, ability to check sales volume and
         commissions.  An IBA Registration Kit is valid for 365 days (1 year) from the time of purchase and may be renewed annually.


    2)   PREFERRED CUSTOMER: A Preferred Customer is one who elects not to become an IBA. A Preferred Customer can purchase
         products and services at retail prices directly from an IBA or through the Company’s website.  All preferred customers must be
         referred by an IBA. Any preferred customer that purchases directly from the company’s website without a referral will be coded
         randomly to an IBA with a ranking of 3 Star or above.




    Enroll and Place
    IBAs can quickly gain the ability to structure their team
    to create cooperative relationships. As new IBAs are
    enrolled, the enrollers have the choice of placing new
    enrollees anywhere within their sales team while re-
    taining credit for the personal enrollment towards rank
    advancement. This means all IBAs will have an enroll-
    ment tree and a placement tree.

    The enrollment tree represents how team members
    are personally enrolled by one another while the
    placement tree represents how team members are
    placed below one another.

Compensation Plan

After an IBA has personally enrolled one IBA in each team, all future personal enrollments must be placed beneath an existing IBA.
The enroller has the option of placing the new IBA on the left or the right team. If the enroller does not elect either option, the new
IBA will be automatically placed on the lesser team of the enroller. Once placed, that individual will still be considered a personal
enrollee, and he or she cannot be moved.

Commission and Bonus Qualification
All Independent Business Associates (IBAs) must qualify each business period to earn bonuses and commissions from the BYM’s
Compensation Plan by generating a minimum of 100 personal volume in a business period (BV). Every product sold has a pre-
determined personal volume (PV) and business volume (BV). PV is used for qualification while BV is used to calculate commissions
in the Compensation Plan.

The PV requirement for commission and bonus qualification is waived during a new IBA’s first BP. After the first BP, an IBA can continue
to earn commissions and bonuses by meeting the minimum PV requirement.

A Business Period is a specific 4-week (28 days) pay period as per BYM’s Business Calendar. Qualified IBAs are also referred to as ‘active.’
The end of the commission week is every Friday at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

If an IBA achieves a rank and subsequently fails to meet the requirements to maintain that ranking, he or she will retain the title of the
highest ranking achieved; however, he or she will be paid at the “paid-as” ranking according to his or her qualification. When an IBA
advances to a higher ranking, he or she must meet specified maintenance requirements to be paid at the new rank. This is referred
to as an IBA’s “paid-as” or qualified ranking.


Rank Advancements
The BYM Compensation Plan is comprised of a ranking system for higher end bonuses and commissions. All IBAs start out as an As-
sociate and may advance up to an Imperial Black Diamond.




The BYM Compensation Plan allows Independent Business Associates (IBAs) to leverage their income opportunity through the prin-
ciple of multiplication versus addition. In direct sales, income is earned and increased by adding additional clients (i.e. 2+2+2+2=8).
However, in BYM’s multi-tiered referral marketing program, the duplication of one’s initial efforts through the people they enroll can
multiply their rewards (i.e. 2x2x2x2=16). BYM offers the opportunity to earn residual income generated from product sales through
a team that can be expanded worldwide. BYM offers IBAs nine ways to earn commissions and bonuses.



1. Retail Profits
Selling Beyond products directly to customers is the first pillar of a solid foundation of a BYM business. Face-to-face retail sales allow
an IBA to earn income by purchasing Beyond products at wholesale pricing and then selling them at a retail price of their choosing.
Suggested mark up between the wholesale and the retail price is 25%.

Customers may purchase products and services directly from the associate’s replicated site, from the Company’s website, or by sub-
    mitting a completed Customer Retail Form. The company will provide the fulfillment so there is no need to inventory products. When
    a customer purchases from the website, 20% out of the 25% will be paid to the IBA and the remaining 5% is retained for fulfillment
    and processing fees. Retail Profit is calculated weekly and paid two weeks in arrears.

    An IBA is not required to be active or qualified to earn profit from sales made to retail or preferred customers.


    2. Fast Start Bonus
    BYM’s Fast Start Bonus program is designed to put income
    into the pockets of qualifying IBAs very quickly. When a new
    IBA enrolls and purchases any optional BYM Enrollment Pack-
    ages, a one-time Fast Start Bonus is paid to the enrolling IBA
    and their sponsor. The Fast Start Bonus is only available on
    initial Enrollment Packages purchases; subsequent purchases
    by the customer do not yield more Fast Start Bonus.




    3. Builder and Team Builder Bonus
    The second pillar of a successful business is to become a Builder. To reach the rank of a Builder, an IBA is required to enroll with an
    Executive Enrollment Package and personally sponsor two IBAs with Executive Enrollment Packages.

    Each time one of your personally enrolled IBA reaches the rank of Builder, you earn a onetime Builder Bonus of $70.

    When two of your personally enrolled IBA reaches the rank of Builder, you will be promoted to the rank of Team Builder. As a Team
    Builder, you will receive an onetime bonus of $200 and every subsequent builder you enroll, you will receive $150 Builder Bonus
    instead of $70.

    If you are not qualified in the week that one of your personally sponsored IBA reaches the rank of Builder, you will have the following
    three weeks to become qualified in order to earn the Builder and Team Builder Bonus.


    4. Group Volume Commissions
    The BYM Compensation Plan is built around a unique binary program for the purpose of introducing people to BYM’s products and
    services. The Group Volume Commissions (GV) is paid out weekly, based on the accumulated commissionable Business Volume on
    every individual purchase in your team. You are paid 10% on the team sales volume accumulated in the lesser team.  There is no limit
    to the number of levels you can earn commissions on. A maximum of 250,000 BV ($25,000) can be earned per business center per
    business week (BW). If you earn more than 250,000 BV per business center per Business Week, the difference in volume, up to 250,000
    BV, will be carried over to the following week. The income you receive is based on your ability to retail BYM’s products and services
    to your customers, as well as your ability to build a team of IBAs to retail products and services.


    Starting A Business Center
    Any individual that purchases an IBA Registration Kit will be placed by his or her sponsor in an open position in the sponsor’s sales
    organization. This open position is called a Business Center. Each Business Center has a left and right team in which sales volume
    accumulates.

Activating The Business Center
  1.   Complete the IBA Registration Agreement and purchase an IBA	
         Registration Kit

  2.  Order any Enrollment Packages (OPTIONAL)

  3.  a. Sell an Enrollment Package to one personally enrolled IBA on
            your left team
       b. Sell an Enrollment Package to one personally enrolled IBA on
            your right team  
       c. Sell an Enrollment Package to a third personally enrolled IBA, or
            purchase one for yourself

  4. Maintain a minimum of 100 Personal Volume (PV) per Business
      Period for commission and bonus qualification. The PV requirement
      is waived during a new IBA’s first BP.



How Your Business Centers Provide Income  To You
As you sponsor IBAs, you place them in open positions in your organization - remember to first place one on your left team and one
on your right team.

After placing one on each team, you may sponsor and place newly enrolled IBAs on either side of your team. The added benefit of a
binary program is that you and everyone above you in your team can help you build your business through placements. This struc-
ture enforces team building with everyone working towards a common goal – building a strong sales team.  As you expand your
business, you will add more IBAs to your team. Your success is built on introducing new people into your team, sharing BYM products
with others, and teaching others to do the same.


Commissions are awarded based on accumulated business volume
on each commissionable product and service purchased in your team.
Commissions are paid on 10% of the BV being accumulated on your
lesser team.  A lesser team is one that produces the lesser BV in a busi-
ness center; similarly, a greater team is one that produces the greater BV
in the same business center.

The remaining volume, after the commissions have been processed, is
carried forward to the next Business Week. Also, if your lesser team does
not meet the minimum payout requirement of 100 BV, BVs on both
teams will be carried over to the following Business Week. Group Vol-
ume Commission is calculated weekly and paid two weeks in arrears.  

When an IBA becomes inactive (not meeting the commissions qualifi-
cations) during any given business week, all accumulated BV on both
team will be reset back to zero until the IBA becomes active.

Preferred Customer
    A preferred customer can purchase products and services at retail prices directly from an IBA or through the Company’s website.  
    All volume generated by preferred customers is first held in a holding tank until the end of the business week, at which point it will
    automatically be added to the lesser team’s volume for commission calculation and be flushed from the holding tank.

    5. Matching Bonus
    Matching Bonus is a progressive incentive that is paid to those with rank of 1 Star and above who mentor their personally enrolled
    IBAs in their sales organization and support them in achieving higher rankings. IBA’s may earn a matching bonus on everyone’s
    Group Volume Commissions up to a depth of 7 levels of their enrollment tree. When a personal enrollee sponsors a new team mem-
    ber, that individual will show up on the second level of their enrollment tree, and so forth. The Matching Bonus is calculated at the
    end of every BP and paid two weeks in arrears, based on the lowest rank maintained during the entire Business Period.

Compensation Plan
6. Additional Business Center
Once an IBA reaches the level of Diamond for 3 consecu-
tive BP, the IBA will earn an “additional business center” right
above their current business center. The IBA may then begin
to build a new team, which may add to his/her earnings. The
IBA will receive the same IBA rights and privileges with this
new business center. The Company issues a maximum of one
additional business center to each qualified business center.
There is no limit to the number of business centers one can
earn; therefore, there is no limit to the amount of commissions
one can earn.



7. Executive Bonus
Each Business Period, BYM sets aside 2% of the company-wide
BV for the Executive Bonus. This is a weighted bonus paid
out to those who are participating at the Executive level and
maintain an active status.




How it works
Earn points per BP according to one’s ranking. The higher the
ranking, the more points will be awarding according to the table.	
	
At the end of each quarter, all points per BP will be tallied.

8. Car Allowance
    The Car Allowance is a special bonus designed to award IBA for their outstanding team building efforts. This is a cash bonus so the
    IBA has the option to use it towards a monthly lease payment for the car of their dreams. It is calculated at the end of every BP and
    paid two weeks in arrears to any IBA who is a qualified 5 Star or above for the entire BP.




    9. Marketing Allowance
    The Marketing Allowance is design to assist IBA with their marketing efforts. An IBA may earn up to $3,500 cash bonus to do as they
    choose.




    50% Maximum Payout
    BYM has established a maximum payout of 50% on total company BV towards all commissions and bonuses. If in any given business
    week there has not been enough collected in BV to meet the commission pay out requirement, BYM will reduce commissions to the
    IBA until it is at the 50% mark.

    Out of the 50% max payout, 10% is reserved for the Executive Bonus, Matching Bonus, Car and Marketing Allowance. On a weekly
    basis, commissions and bonuses will be calculated according to the following formula:

    50% max payout - 10% reserve = 40%  = max payout for Group Volume Commissions

    At any time, when the maximum payout is greater than the allocated amount for Group Volume Commissions, the Group Volume
    Commissions will be reduced by the necessary percentage.


    BYM’s Special Promotions and Additional Incentive Programs
    The Company may, at its discretion, from time to time offer various promotions and special incentive programs in order to reward
    it’s Associates for their achievements. Rewards may include cash bonuses, exciting travel and vacations as well as other valuable gifts
    and premiums. In these cases, the Company will publish the specific information regarding qualifications and rewards.

    The Company’s Rights
    BYM reserves the right to change or modify its Compensation Plan at any time to ensure that it continues to meet its expressed goals.
    If any change is made, official notification will be given in advance to all IBAs by posting on the Company’s websites and modifying
    the Compensation Plan description as required. It is the IBA’s responsibility to ensure that they stay informed as to any changes.

  • 2. Getting Started with Beyond Yours Beyond Yours Marketing Inc. (BYM) is pleased to offer our Independent Business Associates (IBAs) a compensation plan that is un- paralleled in the industry. The BYM compensation plan rewards IBA’s each step along the way as they develop their own business. BYM’s plan is designed to help those who have the desire to work hard at an incredible opportunity. The plan is powerful yet simple to understand without the mandatory requirements and financial roadblocks found in many other plans today. The income you receive from BYM will be in direct proportion to your ability to introduce BYM products and services to end-consumers. BYM’s Com- pensation Plan is revolutionizing the entrepreneurial landscape today, and it is changing how people work. Although the compensa- tion plan is generous and simple to follow, all bonuses, commissions, and rewards are based on compliance with international and local laws of the country where the IBA resides, as well as BYM’s own code of ethics and business rules as outlined in the Company’s Policies and Procedures. You can get involved with Beyond Yours Marketing by becoming a(n): 1) INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ASSOCIATE: An Independent Business Associate (IBA) can purchase products and services di- rectly from the Company at wholesale pricing and can start earning income by referring others to purchase the Company’s products and services. In order to become an IBA with BYM, an individual must submit a completed Independent Business Associate Registration Agreement and purchase the BYM IBA Registration Kit. This kit allows you to participate in the BYM Compensation Plan; receive access to professional marketing and business development tools, resources and training systems; and have access to the Company’s online Back Office management and support system, ability to check sales volume and commissions. An IBA Registration Kit is valid for 365 days (1 year) from the time of purchase and may be renewed annually. 2) PREFERRED CUSTOMER: A Preferred Customer is one who elects not to become an IBA. A Preferred Customer can purchase products and services at retail prices directly from an IBA or through the Company’s website. All preferred customers must be referred by an IBA. Any preferred customer that purchases directly from the company’s website without a referral will be coded randomly to an IBA with a ranking of 3 Star or above. Enroll and Place IBAs can quickly gain the ability to structure their team to create cooperative relationships. As new IBAs are enrolled, the enrollers have the choice of placing new enrollees anywhere within their sales team while re- taining credit for the personal enrollment towards rank advancement. This means all IBAs will have an enroll- ment tree and a placement tree. The enrollment tree represents how team members are personally enrolled by one another while the placement tree represents how team members are placed below one another. 2
  • 3. Compensation Plan After an IBA has personally enrolled one IBA in each team, all future personal enrollments must be placed beneath an existing IBA. The enroller has the option of placing the new IBA on the left or the right team. If the enroller does not elect either option, the new IBA will be automatically placed on the lesser team of the enroller. Once placed, that individual will still be considered a personal enrollee, and he or she cannot be moved. Commission and Bonus Qualification All Independent Business Associates (IBAs) must qualify each business period to earn bonuses and commissions from the BYM’s Compensation Plan by generating a minimum of 100 personal volume in a business period (BV). Every product sold has a pre- determined personal volume (PV) and business volume (BV). PV is used for qualification while BV is used to calculate commissions in the Compensation Plan. The PV requirement for commission and bonus qualification is waived during a new IBA’s first BP. After the first BP, an IBA can continue to earn commissions and bonuses by meeting the minimum PV requirement. A Business Period is a specific 4-week (28 days) pay period as per BYM’s Business Calendar. Qualified IBAs are also referred to as ‘active.’ The end of the commission week is every Friday at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. If an IBA achieves a rank and subsequently fails to meet the requirements to maintain that ranking, he or she will retain the title of the highest ranking achieved; however, he or she will be paid at the “paid-as” ranking according to his or her qualification. When an IBA advances to a higher ranking, he or she must meet specified maintenance requirements to be paid at the new rank. This is referred to as an IBA’s “paid-as” or qualified ranking. Rank Advancements The BYM Compensation Plan is comprised of a ranking system for higher end bonuses and commissions. All IBAs start out as an As- sociate and may advance up to an Imperial Black Diamond. The BYM Compensation Plan allows Independent Business Associates (IBAs) to leverage their income opportunity through the prin- ciple of multiplication versus addition. In direct sales, income is earned and increased by adding additional clients (i.e. 2+2+2+2=8). However, in BYM’s multi-tiered referral marketing program, the duplication of one’s initial efforts through the people they enroll can multiply their rewards (i.e. 2x2x2x2=16). BYM offers the opportunity to earn residual income generated from product sales through a team that can be expanded worldwide. BYM offers IBAs nine ways to earn commissions and bonuses. 1. Retail Profits Selling Beyond products directly to customers is the first pillar of a solid foundation of a BYM business. Face-to-face retail sales allow an IBA to earn income by purchasing Beyond products at wholesale pricing and then selling them at a retail price of their choosing. Suggested mark up between the wholesale and the retail price is 25%. Start • Share • Succeed 3
  • 4. Customers may purchase products and services directly from the associate’s replicated site, from the Company’s website, or by sub- mitting a completed Customer Retail Form. The company will provide the fulfillment so there is no need to inventory products. When a customer purchases from the website, 20% out of the 25% will be paid to the IBA and the remaining 5% is retained for fulfillment and processing fees. Retail Profit is calculated weekly and paid two weeks in arrears. An IBA is not required to be active or qualified to earn profit from sales made to retail or preferred customers. 2. Fast Start Bonus BYM’s Fast Start Bonus program is designed to put income into the pockets of qualifying IBAs very quickly. When a new IBA enrolls and purchases any optional BYM Enrollment Pack- ages, a one-time Fast Start Bonus is paid to the enrolling IBA and their sponsor. The Fast Start Bonus is only available on initial Enrollment Packages purchases; subsequent purchases by the customer do not yield more Fast Start Bonus. 3. Builder and Team Builder Bonus The second pillar of a successful business is to become a Builder. To reach the rank of a Builder, an IBA is required to enroll with an Executive Enrollment Package and personally sponsor two IBAs with Executive Enrollment Packages. Each time one of your personally enrolled IBA reaches the rank of Builder, you earn a onetime Builder Bonus of $70. When two of your personally enrolled IBA reaches the rank of Builder, you will be promoted to the rank of Team Builder. As a Team Builder, you will receive an onetime bonus of $200 and every subsequent builder you enroll, you will receive $150 Builder Bonus instead of $70. If you are not qualified in the week that one of your personally sponsored IBA reaches the rank of Builder, you will have the following three weeks to become qualified in order to earn the Builder and Team Builder Bonus. 4. Group Volume Commissions The BYM Compensation Plan is built around a unique binary program for the purpose of introducing people to BYM’s products and services. The Group Volume Commissions (GV) is paid out weekly, based on the accumulated commissionable Business Volume on every individual purchase in your team. You are paid 10% on the team sales volume accumulated in the lesser team. There is no limit to the number of levels you can earn commissions on. A maximum of 250,000 BV ($25,000) can be earned per business center per business week (BW). If you earn more than 250,000 BV per business center per Business Week, the difference in volume, up to 250,000 BV, will be carried over to the following week. The income you receive is based on your ability to retail BYM’s products and services to your customers, as well as your ability to build a team of IBAs to retail products and services. Starting A Business Center Any individual that purchases an IBA Registration Kit will be placed by his or her sponsor in an open position in the sponsor’s sales organization. This open position is called a Business Center. Each Business Center has a left and right team in which sales volume accumulates. 4
  • 5. Compensation Plan Activating The Business Center 1. Complete the IBA Registration Agreement and purchase an IBA Registration Kit 2. Order any Enrollment Packages (OPTIONAL) 3. a. Sell an Enrollment Package to one personally enrolled IBA on your left team b. Sell an Enrollment Package to one personally enrolled IBA on your right team c. Sell an Enrollment Package to a third personally enrolled IBA, or purchase one for yourself 4. Maintain a minimum of 100 Personal Volume (PV) per Business Period for commission and bonus qualification. The PV requirement is waived during a new IBA’s first BP. How Your Business Centers Provide Income To You As you sponsor IBAs, you place them in open positions in your organization - remember to first place one on your left team and one on your right team. After placing one on each team, you may sponsor and place newly enrolled IBAs on either side of your team. The added benefit of a binary program is that you and everyone above you in your team can help you build your business through placements. This struc- ture enforces team building with everyone working towards a common goal – building a strong sales team. As you expand your business, you will add more IBAs to your team. Your success is built on introducing new people into your team, sharing BYM products with others, and teaching others to do the same. Commissions are awarded based on accumulated business volume on each commissionable product and service purchased in your team. Commissions are paid on 10% of the BV being accumulated on your lesser team. A lesser team is one that produces the lesser BV in a busi- ness center; similarly, a greater team is one that produces the greater BV in the same business center. The remaining volume, after the commissions have been processed, is carried forward to the next Business Week. Also, if your lesser team does not meet the minimum payout requirement of 100 BV, BVs on both teams will be carried over to the following Business Week. Group Vol- ume Commission is calculated weekly and paid two weeks in arrears. When an IBA becomes inactive (not meeting the commissions qualifi- cations) during any given business week, all accumulated BV on both team will be reset back to zero until the IBA becomes active.   • 6. Preferred Customer A preferred customer can purchase products and services at retail prices directly from an IBA or through the Company’s website. All volume generated by preferred customers is first held in a holding tank until the end of the business week, at which point it will automatically be added to the lesser team’s volume for commission calculation and be flushed from the holding tank. Example 1 Example 2 5. Matching Bonus Matching Bonus is a progressive incentive that is paid to those with rank of 1 Star and above who mentor their personally enrolled IBAs in their sales organization and support them in achieving higher rankings. IBA’s may earn a matching bonus on everyone’s Group Volume Commissions up to a depth of 7 levels of their enrollment tree. When a personal enrollee sponsors a new team mem- ber, that individual will show up on the second level of their enrollment tree, and so forth. The Matching Bonus is calculated at the end of every BP and paid two weeks in arrears, based on the lowest rank maintained during the entire Business Period. 6
  • 7. Compensation Plan 6. Additional Business Center Once an IBA reaches the level of Diamond for 3 consecu- tive BP, the IBA will earn an “additional business center” right above their current business center. The IBA may then begin to build a new team, which may add to his/her earnings. The IBA will receive the same IBA rights and privileges with this new business center. The Company issues a maximum of one additional business center to each qualified business center. There is no limit to the number of business centers one can earn; therefore, there is no limit to the amount of commissions one can earn. 7. Executive Bonus Each Business Period, BYM sets aside 2% of the company-wide BV for the Executive Bonus. This is a weighted bonus paid out to those who are participating at the Executive level and maintain an active status. How it works Earn points per BP according to one’s ranking. The higher the ranking, the more points will be awarding according to the table. At the end of each quarter, all points per BP will be tallied. Start • Share • Succeed 7
  • 8. 8. Car Allowance The Car Allowance is a special bonus designed to award IBA for their outstanding team building efforts. This is a cash bonus so the IBA has the option to use it towards a monthly lease payment for the car of their dreams. It is calculated at the end of every BP and paid two weeks in arrears to any IBA who is a qualified 5 Star or above for the entire BP. 9. Marketing Allowance The Marketing Allowance is design to assist IBA with their marketing efforts. An IBA may earn up to $3,500 cash bonus to do as they choose. 50% Maximum Payout BYM has established a maximum payout of 50% on total company BV towards all commissions and bonuses. If in any given business week there has not been enough collected in BV to meet the commission pay out requirement, BYM will reduce commissions to the IBA until it is at the 50% mark. Out of the 50% max payout, 10% is reserved for the Executive Bonus, Matching Bonus, Car and Marketing Allowance. On a weekly basis, commissions and bonuses will be calculated according to the following formula: 50% max payout - 10% reserve = 40% = max payout for Group Volume Commissions At any time, when the maximum payout is greater than the allocated amount for Group Volume Commissions, the Group Volume Commissions will be reduced by the necessary percentage. BYM’s Special Promotions and Additional Incentive Programs The Company may, at its discretion, from time to time offer various promotions and special incentive programs in order to reward it’s Associates for their achievements. Rewards may include cash bonuses, exciting travel and vacations as well as other valuable gifts and premiums. In these cases, the Company will publish the specific information regarding qualifications and rewards. The Company’s Rights BYM reserves the right to change or modify its Compensation Plan at any time to ensure that it continues to meet its expressed goals. If any change is made, official notification will be given in advance to all IBAs by posting on the Company’s websites and modifying the Compensation Plan description as required. It is the IBA’s responsibility to ensure that they stay informed as to any changes.
