QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER AT MS COMPANIES
OCTOBER 2015 – MAY 2016
I was responsible to check and ensure all products performed within specifications. Supervised and
coordinated all activities related to Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) prior to being sent to
the customer. Worked with the craft foreman of engineers engaged in construction, installation to ensure the
QC program was executed and all client expectations were met. Inspected all product to ensure exact
conformance to all specifications was archived. I performed duties as a liaison between field supervision
and the client representatives to validate all QC issues were identified and corrected throughout the
construction phase.
TEAM MEMBER AT REYES AUTOMOTIVE
SEPTEMBER 2014 - OCTOBER 2015
My responsibilities were to generate digital versions of documents for retention purposes. I ensured scans
were litigable and accurate. I was responsible for arranging scanned documents on the local network, wide
area network, and the cloud storage. As a quality inspector, I inspected purchased parts, subassemblies, and
the completed product using criteria with the standard physical, mechanical and electrical measurements. I
carefully evaluated problems and made initial recommendations to correct and rework the faulty product. I
was responsible to document all results of the inspection process and feedback.

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT AT AEROSPACE/DEFENSE

My responsibilities were to maintain shop supervision, efficiently maintain a clean and safe work
environment. Assist other employees and operators in maintain their work environments also. I kept the
work areas clear of all hazardous materials and foreign objects. Assist machinist and the toolmakers load
and unload machines when necessary. I currently maintain a forklift certification.

As a crew leader, I performed similar responsibilities as a Forman. I was responsible to supervise a work
team. Our goals were to handle production in both high and low capacities. With my teambuilding skills, I
was able to increase sales and production. IU ensured products was accounted for at all times and
maintained in there correct locations. It was my responsibility to balance all cash drawers on a daily basis,
to ensure correct accountability.

Office assistant, greeted customers, answered phones to ensure an efficient operation. I frequently assisted
customers with questions about GED testing. I ensured that the customers/students were ready for their test.
My responsibility was also to set up the registration and all the required documents needed; and prepared
for each testing.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN AT COCA-COLA
AUGUST 2008 - JANUARY 2010
As a service technician, I maneuvered equipment in order to perform all mechanical servicing on cold
drink equipment. I kept all refrigeration equipment in proper operation condition, and maintained the
positive customer relationships. Some of my duties were;
Prepare equipment in accordance to company standards;
Ensure all vehicles maintained appropriate levels of inventory items;
Transport inventory from our warehouse to the retail sales locations.
