• VERBAL COMMUNICATION IS ABOUT LANGUAGE, BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN. IN GENERAL,
VERBAL COMMUNICATION REFERS TO OUR USE OF WORDS .
• THE VERBAL COMMUNICATION IS A TYPE OF ORAL COMMUNICATION WHEREIN THE MESSAGE
IS TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SPOKEN WORDS.
