The movie “The Founder” has enlightened my considerations that the human beings can change
their lives changing the thinking power of mind, their attitude and behaviors. The unique qualities that
makes a person a successful are his Will, determinations, and persistence.There are many people in the
world who are educated yet they don’t find a career or business that can make them successfulin the world.
And there are those who are illiterate but they have succeed in their lives not succeed only but they have
place their names in the minds of people. I will mention under my review regarding the “Founder”.
From multimixture-juicer to CEO of one of the greatest and well renewed restaurant in the world
Mr. Ray Croc was an excellent entrepreneur who turned the tables at 52. After meeting and listening story
of Mac brother he saw opportunity there that he could expand their business via franchises system which
he did tremendously. Though he faced difficulties at initial stages yet his determination, will, wisdom
helped him to take the business of Mac brothers from one city to different cities of the world.
The most important thing in business is risk. Where is the business, there is risk. When you are
starting any business as entrepreneur,you have to pre-assume that there is risk in everything. Like Ray took
risk by mortgage his own house and invest in Franchise of MacDonald. But he succeed because he has trust
on him and take risk. You should take risks in the business because a good entrepreneur always takes risks
just like Ray, he took risks of expanding business of Mac brother throughout the country without getting
fear of failure. Because he struggled 52 years to become someone who can be renewed in the world for
doing something great and innovative in the world. His risk abilities took him to new level of his life where
he became successful in world by expanding the business of Mac brothers. Many people who want to do
something new they don’t because they have fear the failure. Innovation does come from taking risks. If

we always take opportunities from failure side we will never avail them, the two brothers were risks averse
the avoided to take risks but what happened in the end the ultimately lost their business.
The secondly is you need to be persistent. So many successfulentrepreneur did not get success just
in one or 10 attempt for success,but they tried and persistent on single thought that they have to do. Like
two brother dick and elder brother tried for franchise but then return because can’t manage all, however
they were persistent on quality but not for expanding business but Ray Kroc was persistent to expand
MacDonald.
In addition to this, you should solve Customer Problems. When you are thinking about business
you need to think first, what is really problem, it not customer who will tell you. But as entrepreneur you
have analysis or experience yourself that what problem customers really face. Like from starting of movie
Ray Kroc was waiting 15-30 mint for an order which was big problem, but when he went to for order of 8
mixer he saw, the MacDonald fills his order in just 30 second which give him solution for problem, that
MacDonald need to be everywhere. It not only MacDonald but see example of Starbuck as well.
Finally, the name of organization. When you are starting business, it is necessary you must choose
the right name for organization. In addition name must give you open boundaries. Like in movie
(1:39:85mint to 1:43:00mint) dick askfrom Ray “why you didn’tcopyourspeedy systemeven we havetold
each and everything,” but Ray replied that it’s not system, which attract me rather it is the name
“MacDonald. Which doesn’t have any limits, you can expanded wherever you want.
To sum up all things, as businessmen and as entrepreneur,you have to think big by breaking your
own limits, thinking out of, choose right person and right name for business, as entrepreneurs do by
choosing right time and right place. Furthermore, you have to see problem as opportunity from bigger
