of all functions within the organization, budget preparation and

strategic direction in company’s business plan.

leading purchase planning to support both short and long-term ICT
initiatives.

♦ Research new technologies and calculate future needs to
achieve accurate capacity planning. Negotiate hardware and
software purchases and maintenance contracts.

foster a cohesive work environment.

technical and non-technical personnel to build effective cross-
functional teams and ensure accuracy, consistency, problem
solving and on-time project completion.
