5. Cluster Level Orientation
Workshops
• We follow NCSTC module
• Stress on Interactive session

• 1 DC, 1 AC and 1 resource person= 3
• 12 districts x 3 = 36
• Every year change the venue
• We involve Ex-participants as Resource Persons
Module, Participants, interactive session is important for the
whole year
6. Teacher Training Workshops
• Instructed that TTW should be Before 15
July.
• Modules should be followed.
• Prepare mini-activity guide to distribute.
• We involve Ex-participants as resource
persons.
From this year, we have given a target of minimum
three TTW in district.
7. Evaluation…
Identifying evaluators
• Personal contacts.
• Help of present resource persons.
• Recommendations from District Coordinators.
• Representation from maximum districts.
• Total 18/20; five experienced other new.
We have kept two evaluators (who have taken part in National workshop for
Evaluators 2005 ) common every year so orientation is easy within them

• Choose best evaluators from last year team.
• Material: Letters-Criteria, trends Activity.
guide, Last years best projects etc.
• Make two chief Evaluators.
• Use them for orientation Meetings
• Give them responsibility of coordination and
final decision to reduce errors.

10. Mentoring & improvisation
• Assessment sheets for both levels
• Not only objective and gradation
• Descriptive and suggesting improvements.
• Attach sheets to “all” Projects.
• Follow up of suggestions
• Keeping Weightage for improvements.
Descriptive assessment sheet is proved to improve quality
and impart transparency in process
