CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS
Article I. NAME:
The club shall be known as “SUAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLFACULTY
CLUB:
Article II: OFFICE:
Sual National High School, Poblacion Sual, Pangasinan is the Office of the club.
Article III. PURPOSE:
The general purposes of this club are:
Section 1. Enhance capabilities of teachers to supportthe program and projects of
Sual
National High School
Section 2. Promote the welfare of teachers
Section 3. Foster harmonious relationship/healthy environment among teachers.
Section 4. Assist each member and maintain closer relationship with one another.
Section 5. promote unity and cooperation among the members and support the
administration.
Section 6. To help promote the development of a free and efficient workforce with
common interest and with reasonable degree of condition.
Article IV. MEMBERSHIP:
Section 1. All teachers and staff of Sual National High School regardless of their
nature
of appointment shall be members of the club
Section 2. Teachers shall be those with or without ancillary jobs.
3. Section 3. Teachers who are actually teaching and non-teaching in the schoolshall be
automatically become bonafide members of the club.
Section 4. A monthly donation of 20.00 pesos shall be charged to each member
Section 5. Termination of membership is upon resignation, transfer or retirement from
service.
Article V. OFFICERS:
Section 1. A President, 1 Vice-President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary , Treasurer,
Sub
Treasurer, Auditor, P.I.O., Business Managers, Peace Officers and
Representatives from Grade 7-12 and Special Science Class shall be elected
officers of the club.
Article VI. EXECUTIVE BOARD:
Section 1. Elected officers of the club shall constitute the executive board.
Section 2. It shall be the policy-making bodyof the club.
Article VII. BOARD OF DIRECTORS,ADVISERS AND CONSULTANT
The Board of Directors, Advisers and Consultant shall be composedofprevious
Presidents of the club, head Teachers and the Principal.

4. Article VIII. ELECTION:
Section 1. The members of the executive board shall be elected by members in a
meeting called for the purpose
Section 2. The officers-elect shall take office immediately after the confirmation of
their election.
Section 3. The term of office shall be one (1) year.
Section 4. In the event of disqualification or resignation of an officer, the club may
elect a successorwho shall serve for the unexpired term.
Article IX. MEETING:
Section 1. Regular meeting of the board shall be held every last Friday of the month.
Section 2. Special meetings of the board shall be called anytime as need arises.
Section 3. Meeting with all the members maybe called by the president provided that
a
notice of this meeting has been given to the members at least one day prior
to
the meeting.
Article X. VOTING:
Section 1: each member shall be entitled to casta vote.
Section 2. There shall be no voting by proxy.
Article XI. FUNDS:
Section 1. Each member shall be asked to contribute 20.00 pesos as a monthly
donation.
Section 2. The monthly donation shall be payable monthly
Article XII. AMENDMENTS:
Section 1. No amendment shall be made to this constitution except at any meeting by
a
two-thirds vote of the members present.
Section 2. No amendment shall be made unless a written notice signed by the
president
and the secretary including the proposedamendments have been given each
5. member at least 5 days prior to the meeting.
Article XIII. MUTUAL AID SYSTEM:
Section 1. There shall be a mutual aid system created.
Section 2. A special committee shall be created by the board to formulate and
implement the mutual aid system.
Section 3. Mutual aid for the immediate family (1st degree- parents, son, daughter,
husband or wife) amounting to 100.00 pesos.
Section 4. Mutual aid to distant relative is voluntary.
Article XIV. TRANSITORYPROVISION:
Section 1. This constitution shall take effect immediately after the adoption and
approval by a majority of the members present in the meeting called the
purpose.
Section 2. The incumbent officers prior to the adoption of this constitution shall
continue to hold office until a new set of officers or successorsshall have
been duly elected.
BY LAWS:
Article 2. DUTIES OF OFFICERS
Section 1. The President
a. Shall preside at all meetings of the board on general or special meetings.
b. Shall call special meetings of the club or board when necessary or when
requested to do so by the board.
c. Shall sign all official documents and papers of the club.
d. Shall perform such duties as are usually attached to the office of the
president.
Section 2. The Vice- President
a. Shall have all the powers and perform all the duties of the president in the
absence of the latter.
b. Shall perform duties/responsibilities delegated to him by the president.
Section 3. The Secretary
6. a. Shall keep records of the proceedings of the executive board meetings and
general or special meetings.
b. Shall submit a report of the activities of the club and of the executive
board to the annual meeting and upon its adoption, the board shall present
a copyof this report to the members.
c. Shall issue and sign all official documents and notices of the club and
perform such other duties as are usually attached to the office of the
secretary.
Section 4. The Assistant Secretary
a. Shall have all the powers and perform all the duties of the secretary in the
absence of the latter.
b. Shall perform duties/responsibilities delegated to him by the president.
Section 5. The Treasurer
a. Shall the annual fee from the member.
b. Shall deposit the funds of the club in a recognized depositorybank and
shall disburse these funds.
c. Shall keep record all money received and disbursed.
d. Shall to see it that all obligations of the club shall be approved by the
board.
e. Shall submit a report of the financial condition of the club to the meeting
of the club/board.
f. Shall jointly make deposits withdrawals with the president.
Section 6. The Sub-Treasurer
a. Shall have all the powers and perform all the duties of the treasurer in the
absence of the latter.
b. Shall perform duties/responsibilities delegated to him by the president.
Section 7. The Auditors
a. Shall audit from time to time the bookof accounts of the club.
b. Shall perform functions as are attached to the office of the auditor.
Section 8. The P.I.O.
7. a. Shall provide information to the members as necessary.
b. Shall perform duties/responsibilities delegated to him by the president.
Section 9. The Business Managers
a. Shall manage all affairs of the club and such other functions as are
attached to the office of the business managers.
Section 10. The Peace Officers
a. Shall uphold peace at school.
Section 11. The Members
Every bonafide member shall enjoy the right to:
a. Vote
b. Hold office
c. Be informed of the club’s affair and obligations.
d. Examine the bookof account
e. All grievances
Section 12. The Board of Directors
a. Shall advise the association on matters pertaining to planning, programming
operation, and evaluations of association of projects.
Section 13. Advisers
a. Shall advise the association on matters pertaining to planning, programming
operation, and evaluations of association of projects.
Section 14. Consultant
a. Shall advise the association on matters pertaining to planning, programming
operation, and evaluations of association of projects.
Article XII. QOURUM
A majority of members of the club present shall constitute the quorum for the
transaction of business.
Article XIV. PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY
The RobertRules of Orders shall govern in all classes.
Article XV. ORDER OF BUSINESS
The following order of business shall govern the meetings of the club:

f. Treasurer’s report
