the Schematic Design and Design Development phases of the project, creating Custom Profiles, Families and Details
to populate the Revit Model, including all structural elements for the steel roof of the dormitory and cafeteria
buildings, and for the custom roof of the temple, and unique profiles for furniture and pavement.

Project: Forest Service Helicopter Base (8,200 s.f. $1.64 Million). Role: Created construction documents including
plans, elevations, sections, and converted .dwg drawings into Revit format detail drawings.

Project: Ninfea Restaurant Bar & Lounge, Via Mogno 310 Cadrezzate, Italy (3,500 s.f. $134,000) Role: drafted
construction documents and managed permitting for this re-design and apartment addition project, which
included a new façade to maximize daylight and lake views.
Project: Cuveglio Apartments (1,200 s.f. $122,000) Role: conducted code research and drafted construction and
demolition floor plans and sections, visited the site and managed permitting with city officials. Project consisted of
adaptive re-use of centuries-old agricultural building, including the construction of new floor plates and providing
wheelchair access.
Project: Besozzo Residence Expansion (1,000 s.f. $200,000). Role: site measurements and drafting of construction
documents including existing conditions, construction and demolition phases, proposed expansion with creation of
new apartment with independent entrance, insulation plan, details of vegetated wall façade with waterfall feature,
and photo insertions of renderings.
Project: Centro Sportivo (3,200 s.f. $92,000).Design development and Construction document preparation for this
sport complex expansion and gym addition. The design included new locker rooms and better circulation.

attached 800 s.f. 2 car garage. 2x6 frame on concrete foundation walls. Directed and participated in every design
and construction phase for this project.
Project:215 Main Ave North, Choteau, MT (5,400 s.f. $35,000) Renovation of apartments and interior re-design of
restaurant interior to include new furniture, new wall finish and improved western theme and connection with the
local community.
Project: 3835 Carmichael Rd, Moscow, ID. (750 s.f. ($12,000).Construction new skirtingmade of 2x4s and of plywood,
with insulation added.New exterior paint, siding and flashing.New laminate floors and interior paint.New coat of
plastic cement on the roof and windows were sealed with silicone. New flashing was placed above all windows,
providing protection for the rain and shade. Construction of new tool shed and planting of several trees.
Project: 8835 Condor Ave, Twentynine Palms, CA (1,800 s.f., $40,000). Project was remodel of historic single
structure including construction of new roof cover, new GWB and Fiber Batt Insulation for interior walls, new
floors, doors and windows and installation of new air conditioner.
Project: 24945 2nd Ave, Murrieta, CA (1,400s.f. $20,000). Garage expansion and landscape re-design to include
several new plantings.
