2. Carding the fibers from feeder into webs and processing to quantitative fiber webs
composed of single fiber.
Open and loose the raw fibers sent by the weighing bale opener and then
sending to the feeder through blower; Standard configuration with cotton
pressing device; The feeding length is related to the quantity of bale openers.
Evenly feed the mixed fibers from bale opener into the carding machine.
Transfer different specifications of bundled fibers to the next step feeding
lattice at a set speed and proportion. Multiple sets could be used together.

The whole machine consists of three sets single head quilting machine with separate
control system.
Auto fabric feeding, auto fabric clamping, auto fabric tightening,auto quilting and auto
discharging which can save labor from changing frame manually.
The quilts will divide to three quilting machines automatically.
Keep space for maintenance, one quilting machine stops, the other two machines can
work independently.
With support belt system which can keep quilts flat without cave during quilting.
Optional camera system on each quilting head to monitor quilting quality.
