1. Update Multiple BOMs
Available in SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA
and SAP Business One.
Tired of updating Bill of Materials one at a time, and you just wanted to change one (1) line
item or update the issue method?
SAP Business One has the Bill of Materials - Components Management window which allows
you to make changes in multiple existing bills of materials simultaneously.
In this window, you may:
✓ Add new components to selected bills of materials
✓ Delete specific components from selected bills of materials
✓ Change parameters (such as quantity, warehouse, issue method, and so on)
for selected bill of material components
✓ Change route sequence
✓ Replace bill of material components
✓ Update header data
Here’s how:
1. Go to Main Menu > Production > Bill of Materials – Component Management.
2. Choose the relevant Management Task in the dropdown list.

2. 3. Change parameters (such as quantity, warehouse, issue method, and so on) for
selected bill of material components.
4. Change Preview window will prompt, you may confirm if changes are acceptable.

3. 5. The fields to edit and type of possible changes are adjusted according to the selected
action.
