Fran Rifkin and Jordan Bullington led a roundtable discussion at the 2017 AFS USER CONFERENCE on features that could improve the AFS Warehouse Management System. Attendees provided feedback on potential enhancements to alerts, labor standards, usability, reporting and data collection. The discussion also highlighted user groups and other resources for AFS WMS customers.

Fran Rifkin, WMS Product Manager
Fran has 25 plus years working with Warehouse Management Systems. As
WMS Product Manager, Fran works closely with Development, Services and
Support. Previously, Fran has worked as Warehouse Operations Consultant
and WMS Project Manager, assisting Supply Chain companies to implement
WMS Systems and streamline their operations.
Jordan Bullington, Director of Supply Chain Support
Jordan started out at AFS as a WMS Implementation Consultant working
with new clients to understand their business, configure the WMS, train
and successfully implement the WMS software into their business. Over
the last few years, Jordan has taken over as the Director of Supply Chain
Support, bringing an operational background with experience in many
diverse warehouses. He has taken over 20 customers live on AFS software.
