This is the leadership seminar of the command and staff college Quetta of 1991.
I was commanding an independent tank squadron in Okara and amused as well as surprised that many top of
the line Pakistani officers found the Christian and other non Muslim societies as having inferior leadership
traditions.This actually was a serious cognitive fallacy and a distorted view of leadership.
Thus I wrote the letters below.
