default. An embedded chart is placed on
the same worksheet as the source data
used to create it.
To embed a chart in a worksheet, perform
the steps given below
 Click on the view menu and point the toolbar.
 Click on chart option & Select the range of cells.
 Click chart type, pull down arrow & select chart.
 Open the chart options dialog box to add a title
to your chart.
 Select the titles tab & type the title of the
chart in the Chart title text box.

Sometimes you may want to create a chart and
place it on a separate sheet in the workbook.
This is called a chart sheet.
To move an embedded chart to a chart sheet,

 Create an embedded chart.
 Select the chart to be moved to a chart sheet.

17. To delete a chart, perform the
following steps.
 Click anywhere on the white space of
the chart area to select the chart.
 Press the delete key on your keyboard.
Any embedded chart or chart sheet
can be deleted from a worksheet. A
chart sheet is deleted in the same
manner a worksheet is deleted.
