The resource guide is now 27-pages long. (Possibly
more.) Last year’s version was 15-pages long.
Due to formatting issues, the resource guide will be
available only in a PDF file.

4. Government Tools for Financing
Strengthened this section by adding new tools.

6. MICROLENDERS
Updated contents of microlenders, including contact info,
personnel, interest rate and loan products. Refer to the list
for more details.
New lender: SBDC PCR
FINDINGS:
• Opportunity Fund now fund startups—Limited to
Trucking and mobile food industries.
• PACE LA—According to Dandan, a loan officer at PACE,
they once funded a startup entrepreneur up to $150K loan.
• ACCION—Minimum credit score has gone up to 575 from
525.

7. MICROLENDERS—KEY FINDINGS
 PCR SBDC—Startup funding available for franchise
businesses due to support they get. Harder for
independent business.Would look at various factors.
But need to provide at least 25% of project cost.
 Rise Financial Pathways—Offers Microcredit—Peer-
lending loan product—that does not require collateral,
credit history, relevant working experience. THE
