This is for my A2 media studies coursework and also features a mood board of my ideas for a music video for this song

1. A few of the lyrics that I would like to explore
in the song ‘Unstoppable’ by The Score

2. “There’s a moment in your bones when, when the fire
takes over”
When the lyrics say ’fire’ I think it
would be cool if I edit the image to
have a flash of red along with the drum
beat
For this I would use
a studio with a
black back drop to
create this idea of
an anti hero

3. “Blood is running, heart is pumping, as the battle
gets closer
They can say what they want now”
I think these images go really well with the
lyrics which is something my focus group said
was really important
I want to have lots of cutaways to my
artist singing in a studio because it
helps to form a good brand identity

4. “Cause we’ll be screaming out”
This would be a really fast
shot and could possibly
have a black overlay in
really short intervals as
the man swings the bat to
build tension and really
give an effective editing
technique

5. “We can be heroes everywhere we go
we can have all that we ever want
Ooohhh”

6. Swinging like Ali, knocking out bodies “Standing on top like a champion”
In this one, I would get
the man to stand on
the chair in a studio,
so that the lyrics fit in
with the visuals
“Ooooooh”
This would also be shot
in the studio with him
singing

7. “Keep your silver, give me that gold”

8. “Every spotlight
Every sound byte
Of everybody who gave up”
“Is just a fuel for
wanting it more
than anybody against us”
The lyrics spotlight will go with the
spotlights that will be in the studio
where my artist will be singing

10. How my video will interpret the song
I will be taking this video very literally- this will be shown by focusing of the physical aspect of a battle (my artist will be seen
boxing and fighting). The battle is also for the wrong reasons and it should come across that my ‘hero’ is actually an anti hero
who has taken the message of the song too literally and interpreted it in the wrong way. I am definitely going to draw on the
lyrics “keep that silver, give me that gold” and instead of presenting it to be rewards or medals, showing it to be jewelry that
my anti hero is stealing (he doesn’t care about the silver jewelry that isn't worth as much, he wants the gold/the jackpot).
