Indonesia. The study should only focus on the motivation

8. Theories about variable:
Herzberg's Two-Factor

motivation is influenced by two
factors: hygiene factors
(related to the work
environment and job context)
and motivators (related to the
nature of the work itself,
achievement, recognition,
responsibility, and growth),
Maslow's Hierarchy of
Needs Theory suggests that
motivation is driven by a
hierarchy of needs, including
physiological, safety, social,
esteem, and self-actualization
needs.
9. Hypothesis:
H1: Younger employees exhibit higher motivation levels
compared to older employees.

within the organization and employee motivation.
