This document outlines a study on factors that influence employee motivation at J. The study aims to examine the impact of age, gender, rank/position, and education level on motivation levels. It hypothesizes that younger employees, females, higher-ranked staff, and more educated employees will be more motivated. The methodology will involve an electronic questionnaire distributed randomly to 50 employees across two J. branches in Lahore. The research aims to provide insight on improving employee productivity through increased motivation.
