2. Costumes
Our main costume that we used was the hospital gown. We got the hospital gown
really dirty and put fake blood on it, to make the scene more realistic and to
improve our mise-en-scene. The will force the audience to question what the
character has been through before we wakes up, and will make our opening
sequence more enigmatic and intriguing. We will get this hospital gown through
the hospital, which will make our video look even more realistic.
3. Costumes - Harvey
Harvey (who is playing the main zombie) will be wearing a plain white t-shirt. This
is to add emphasis onto his make up on his face, as if he was wearing a colourful
top, the audience would be focused on his clothes rather than his zombie make up.
The white top will also have blood splattered all of it, which will show more clearly
due to the better contrast between white and red. He will also wear black trousers
which will reinforce his upper body to the audience.
4. Props
The only prop we used in our video was a hospital tag that was worn by the main
protagonist (josh). This was a real hospital tag one of the parents brought for us to
use. We imprinted information onto it to make it look realistic, as this is used in 2
main shots at the start of the sequence.
