Description : Planning Automation (PAM) system automates existing manual process by
integrating three systems (Take System, Oracle Apps 11i, Oracle Apps R12). Take
system initiates POs to be created in Oracle Apps 11i. Once PO is created,
approved and promise date is entered, PAM system interface data to R12 using
SOA service and create SO, FPO, and Batches in R12 and also interface any
changes in SO to PO and PTN details from R12 to Take system. PAM Dashboard
(ADF Application) is designed to monitor PO, SO, FPO, Batch, LPN details and
allows admin to do required setups for 3 different systems, Reporting capability.
Reprocess functionality in dashboard allows reprocessing of any failed
transactions. Security enabled at dashboard allows two types of user(Planner and
Admin) at different Org level.
