These services are offered through our well-known network of high street and suburban branches. We deploy our unique unit structure in most countries, where each unit consists of two consultants who are responsible for both client service and candidate selection. Professionals : For middle and senior management positions, we recruit supervisors, managers, professionals, interim specialists and consultants with professional qualifications. These specialists can be engineers, IT or finance specialists and professionals from a large number of other disciplines, such as HR, education, legal, healthcare and marketing & communications. Search & Selection : We have subsidiaries in several countries specializing in the recruitment of middle and senior managers for permanent positions within client organizations. These services include a number of related recruitment and training programs that are often fee-based. HR Solutions : We offer a comprehensive range of HR project management, vendor management, recruitment process outsourcing and HR consultancy services, such as outplacement, career management, payroll management and HR administration outsourcing. These services can be provided separately from our regular staffing and permanent placement offerings, and are usually charged at an agreed rate. Inhouse Services : This is a very efficient solution for managing a high-quality workforce with client-specific skill sets, aimed at improving labor flexibility, retention, productivity and efficiency. We work on site exclusively for one client, usually providing a large number of candidates with a limited number of well-defined job profiles, often in the manufacturing and logistics segments. We often work with the client to determine specific performance criteria, and we provide total HR management, including recruitment & selection, training, planning, retention and management reporting.

Advertisement response Advertisements are placed on our website, which is also linked to our Global vacancy website. All potential candidates all over the world can apply for them. We will screen the application and reply as soon as possible. We also post open positions on 51job, Zhaopin or Chinahr & reply the application as soon as possible. Randstad database Candidates in the Randstad database have already been screened before. We keep close contact with them & constantly follow their status & update, so that we can shortlist them to an interesting new challenge as soon as possible. 5c model CV: We highlight their working experience related to your requirement in job order. Plus add the CV that will clearly show the candidate's hard skills. Competences: Competences show the candidate’s soft skills related to the job requirement, for instance, team working, result oriented, or well organized. Character: We find out what the candidate’s personality is like, how his working style is and whether he fits the job & job environment. Career plan: We openly discuss the candidate’s longer term career plan to be able to provide him with the right opportunities as well as to provide you/our client with the best motivated & suitable candidate. Someone who is ready for this new step at this moment. Company fit: Does the candidate fit the culture/team/working environment? If match, candidate feels to be inspired to achieve & grow. If not, candidate will might leave soon. Mutual communication all along the process: Consultant role is to help client and candidate to find a good match. In this fast changing market, it is important for both clients and candidates to be informed and discuss every step. Uncertainty & not knowing causes unnecessary problems or delays. So openness between client & consultant is very important. E.g. a candidate will wait for this great challenging opportunity if he knows that the client will make the final decision on XXX date. If he just does not hear anything, he will think the client is not interested & will move on. Reference check: we do 2 before shortlist, check the candidate’s current position title with e.g. the receptionist and we do a reference check with the former employer Do final reference check with current employer as soon as offer has been signed and candidate resigned. Candidate’s on board We intermediate in the offer negotiation since we know the market & reasonable salary, no over selling After job offer is signed or the candidate is on board, our service is not ended We will regularly follow up with both client & candidate. Discuss candidates performance with line manager Evaluate service with client. Potential problems can be found out and solved in time.
